Check out this interesting series of articles on consumer culture.  This article suggests there may be a link between the "e-waste" that's smuggled into China from the US and the lead in paint on goods imported from China.  There are several articles to look at, but it's all good stuff...

Thanks GC. I hope people can shift their mindsets from this constant flow of aquiring the newest thing=momentary happiness & throw away the old to some idea of what goes around comes around--I mean that's not a new idea--shouldn't be that hard to grasp.
