Monarch
The Monarch archetype represents an individual who has been granted legitimate rule (this as opposed to that of the Tyrant archetype). Such a person is usually rather intelligent, charismatic, insightful, generous, and compassionate… in sum, well liked. Leaders of various types, from managers to ministers to moms, will often have the Monarch archetype dominating behavior while they fill their leadership roles.
The only downside to this archetype is that it can be rather lonely. Those who often invoke the Monarch must also take time to invoke less demanding archetypes from time-to-time.
If you are dissatisfied with the dominance of this archetype in your life (or you just want a break), try delegating some of your responsibilities and/or reduce your number of obligations. You really don’t have to do everything.
