Article about dealing with life-threatening illness

A friend and colleague just began publishing her memoir about battling Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency, an inherited lung disease.  She is a very insightful person--about herself and her emotional state, about dealing with the medical establishment, etc.  I really recommend it.

..to all of you...I want to come back later and tell you more about what a great person she was.  I think you can tell from that article she wrote that she was a very strong and funny person.  I'll miss her...
